Tim’s Automotive is a great shop. I take all of my fleet vehicles (38) here for service. My Service Managers Amanda Smith and Ashley Smith are very knowledgeable of repair work and make things easy to understand. They are very flexible with our business operating hours and make it seamless by offering vehicle pickup and return back to our site, 24 hour towing, gps installations, mounting of extinguishers, bulk heads, and custom installations just to name a few . This keeps all of our vehicles running, eliminating any downtime, allowing us to continue to serve our patients throughout Maryland. Because of the quality of service that I receive for my fleet I have started taking my personal vehicles here as well. I recommend Tim’s Automotive to friends, co-workers and family. With all the services and amenities that Tim’s offers and provides, you would be foolish to take your fleet or your personal car anywhere else.

I take all my vehicles (Jeep and Ford) to Tim's automotive and they always do a great job at a good price. I even rely on them to keep my work truck on the road and they do just that! They were able to resolve an AC issue that other shops just had me throwing money at to no end. They were also able to perfectly align my 2011 Jeep after I installed a lift kit on the vehicle. No job or vehicle is too big or small for Tim's. Special shout out to the service advise Chris. He takes the time to listen and ensures the work gets done right. Took my car in for a front end steering wobble (figured it was either a worn bushing or a bad bearing, ended up being a bad CV joint and cracked boot), and got the answer and price quote for the repair before the end of the day. It wasn't cheap but it was a fair, reasonable price for the parts and labor needed to correctly fix my car. It was done the next day, and I was very happy that my morning commute no longer included white-knuckling it at high speeds. Thanks for the great service guys.

All staff are knowledgeable of car repair and their customers. The front desk person answered all questions about repair recommended with YouTube pictures and made sure the customer understood that repair and need for it. TIM’S AUTOMOTIVE & TOWING COVID UPDATE

Our business was designed to assist people when they are in need. We have been proactive in making sure we can be here for you if your vehicle is in distress or in need of service.  We continue to strictly follow the guidelines set forth by the Governor and the CDC to provide our employees and our customers a safe environment.

Our employees continue to socially distance, wear masks, and sanitize our hands and workspaces.  All vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before and after every service while using the proper protection.

We continue to offer many options to serve our customers and limit human contact as often as possible.  We are still offering to pick-up customer vehicles within a 5-mile radius of the shop as a courtesy.  We have a dropbox for convenience in dropping off or picking up keys at both of our locations.  In order to expedite transactions, we have the capacity for our customers to pay us online, then pick up your vehicle safely without entering the office.
